The facts….
Located 20 minutes south of Bali’s spiritual capital Ubud, and 90 minutes from Denpasar international airport. The retreat was founded on the Balinese Hindu philosophy of Tri Hita Karana (three causes of wellbeing or three reasons for prosperity), offering traditional Balinese healing, epicurean plant-based cuisine and transformative yoga & bespoke wellness retreat programmes.

The retreat features:

• 20 suites including 12-pool suites. 
• 10 suites that feature Super King & Queen Twin-beds.  A Healing & Wellness Sanctuary with 6-riverside treatment rooms, 
• Three-yoga shalas and a 30-people events space, 
• A boutique gym with state-of-the-art Matrix fitness equipment, 
• A riverside swimming pool and heated Watsu pool
• A plant-based dining room
• 3700 sqm organic garden.
• Three daily shuttle services to Ubud town centre
• And is a member of the Wellness Tourism Association & the World Wellness Weekend Sustainability

Our goal is to continuously evolve our hospitality operations by reducing our environmental footprint and consistently exploring innovative sustainability technologies and environmental solutions. 
Our guiding principles are rooted in the Balinese Hindu philosophy of Tri Hita Karana, which emphasise the three pillars of wellbeing and prosperity. Beyond mere sustainability, our commitment extends to actively supporting local communities and charitable foundations. We collaborate with like-minded stakeholders who share our passion for environmental causes and a commitment to ongoing education and advancement for the betterment of humanity.
Wellness is both internal and external, keeping our global footprint to a minimum and purchasing local only produce and products. All waste water is treated on-site and purified to international standards and recycled for use as irrigation water.
As a plant-based retreat, the 3700 sqm Hillside Organic Garden offers guests the “farm-to-table” and “farm-to-beauty” experience. The local community is involved in many aspects of the garden and 50% of garden produce is sold at the local markets and the remaining is used in the Sakti Dining Room™. and the Healing & Wellness Sanctuary.

Corporate Responsibility (CSR) 
As part of Fivelements Retreat’s Corporate Responsibility (CSR) actions, 0.5% of all revenues support four key human and environmental charities which include; Bali Children’s Project https://balichildrensproject.org, the Sole Family https://solefamily.org,  Narayan Seva children’s orphanage https://narayansevafoundation.org/  and the Glagah Linggah Kintamani Tree planting project. Guests are invited to individually support the charities either by paying online or donating via our front desk. 
Supporting the charities offers lifechanging opportunities for the individuals who receive the donation. 

Child Policy:
As a healing and wellness destination retreat, we seek to maintains a peaceful atmosphere, with a calm & quite ambience integrated into nature. In order to preserve the tranquillity of our wellness retreat and the guests journey, children below the age of 12 years are not encouraged at Fivelements Retreat Bali
