Spaces throughout the hotel reveal commissioned artworks, sophisticated furnishings and intriguing objet d’art – all within footsteps of the harbour foreshore, the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. 

Light-filled and spacious averaging over 55-square-metres, 192 guestrooms and suites exude luxury, showcasing beautiful interiors alongside standalone tubs, custom Italian Frette linen and Haeckels amenities. In-house guests may enjoy the Living Room experience – a signature space where guests are introduced to Capella Culturists. Part neighbourhood expert, part intuitive mind-reader, Capella Culturists are on-hand to shape the travel story of all guests. 

Nestled on level six is the wellness centre. Centred around the 20-metre heated indoor swimming pool, facilities exclusive to in-house guests include a fitness centre, yoga platform, changerooms complete with steam, sauna and experiential showers and Auriga Spa.

The ground floor of Capella Sydney is home to three food and beverage outlets. Aperture marks the core of the hotel, occupying a light-filled space beneath an expansive glass ceiling and verdant canopy. Signature restaurant, Brasserie 1930 delivers an elevated dining experience featuring an extensive wine list and a menu of modern brasserie classics highlighting small-batch farmers and growers celebrating the best in Australian produce. McRae Bar redefines the classic hotel lounge immersing visitors in the glamour of times gone by. A modern rendition of a Victorian-era drinking den, the intimate bar offers an elegant cocktail experience with late 1800’s touches. The ground floor also plays host to six meeting and event spaces catering for groups of 10 to 80 persons. The bespoke rooms feature high ceilings, an abundance of natural light and the latest in high-tech conferencing equipment.
